Here at Multi-Disciplined we do and view things very differently. We have over 25 years of recruitment experience coupled with over 60 years of engineering experience in many of the fields currently experiencing skills shortages. All the founding partners are ex-forces personnel themselves and have worked in many diverse engineering industries, including Defence, Marine, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Power, Civil and Aeronautical, therefore are uniquely positioned to facilitate the needs of both our clients and applicants.
We are very aware that there are major short and long term technical skill shortages in the engineering industry, across all sectors, and that this problem is unlikely to be resolved within the near future. With our combined knowledge and experience we are able to work with our clients and applicants to offer them creative solutions to this ever growing problem, by matching available skills with industry requirements whilst providing additional services to both groups. Thus ensuring that successful placements and long term solutions are found.
